Unfortunately, I have been unable to find anyone with the lack of sense ... inclination? ... Desire? ... Passion? ... yeah , that's it - Passion, to run these other Departments...much less web sites for each.

Notes:
* ^  the Technology and Medical sections belong in separate Engineering and Medical Departments(respectively) and 
* #  Medical News & Technology also belongs in a separate Medical Department. I just don't have the time to handle 3 Departments.
* + Brings to mind the Klingon phrase "nagH ghItlhtaH 'Iw ghItlhtaHbe'"; which roughly translates as "stone writing is not blood writing," one permanent,
 the other not.  Hopefully, in English, this translates as "That which is written in Blood is not written in Stone. The meaning depends entirely upon which -- Blood or Stone -- the speaker considers more lasting.
